Grizzly Bear Management: Removing Two Populations from Endangered Species List.

This Act directs the Secretary of the Interior to remove grizzly bear populations in the Greater Yellowstone and Northern Continental Divide Ecosystems from the Federal List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. These rules must be issued or reissued within 180 days of enactment, regardless of other statutes or regulations. The issuance of these rules is explicitly exempt from judicial review.
