Violet's Law: Adoption of Federal Research Animals

This law introduces new rules allowing the adoption of dogs, cats, non-human primates, guinea pigs, hamsters, and rabbits previously used in federal research. These animals, if no longer needed for research and deemed healthy, can be released to animal rescue organizations, sanctuaries, shelters, or individuals.
