No Tax on PFAS Cleanup Reimbursements

This bill aims to exclude reimbursements for cleaning up PFAS contamination from taxable income. This means individuals or businesses that receive money back for expenses incurred to remove these harmful chemicals will not have to pay income tax on those reimbursements. The change applies to reimbursements received from 2022 onwards.
