Cyber Vulnerability Disclosure Reporting Act: DHS Requirements

This Act requires the Secretary of Homeland Security to submit a report describing policies and procedures for coordinating cyber vulnerability disclosures. To the extent possible, the report must include information on instances where these procedures were used in the prior year and the degree to which industry and other stakeholders acted upon such information. It may also describe how the Secretary works with Federal entities and critical infrastructure owners to prevent and mitigate cyber vulnerabilities.
