Prohibiting arrest warrants as valid ID at airport security checkpoints.

This new act aims to enhance airport security by prohibiting the use of immigration arrest warrants as valid identification. This means individuals attempting to fly will need to present other standard forms of identification. An exception is made for individuals being removed from the United States, who can still be identified this way.
Key points
Immigration arrest warrants (Forms I-200 and I-205) will no longer be accepted as valid identification at airport security checkpoints.
All travelers, except those being deported, must use standard identification documents like a driver's license or passport.
The goal is to strengthen airport security checks and ensure only properly identified individuals pass through checkpoints.
