Extended TRICARE Health Benefits for Surviving Reserve Families
This act extends the period during which families of deceased reservists can receive TRICARE Reserve Select health benefits. Instead of six months, eligible survivors will now have access to healthcare for three years. This provides greater financial security and access to medical care for the loved ones of Selected Reserve members.
