NLRB Jurisdiction Thresholds Increase: Less Bureaucracy for Small Businesses.

This Act significantly raises the financial thresholds for the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to assert jurisdiction over labor disputes. This change means a much larger number of small businesses will be exempt from NLRB oversight, potentially simplifying their operations but also limiting their employees' access to the federal labor dispute resolution mechanism. The thresholds will be adjusted annually based on the Personal Consumption Expenditure Per Capita Index.
