National Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program Establishment.

This Act establishes a nationwide social insurance program providing paid leave benefits for family caregiving or personal serious health conditions. The program is funded by new payroll contributions shared between employees and employers. Eligible individuals gain access to up to 60 days of paid leave per benefit period, along with job protection and continued health benefits during the leave period.
