More efficient redirection of non-emergency calls from 911 to appropriate mental health and human services responders.
Facilitating access to resources for mental health, suicide prevention, homelessness, domestic violence, and caregiving.
Establishing a national board and state oversight bodies to manage funds and monitor service quality.
Providing financial support to states for developing and maintaining 211 and 988 systems, with a requirement for non-federal contributions.
