Congress and Staff Healthcare: VA Only, No Other Federal Plans

Starting January 3, 2025, Members of Congress and their staff will exclusively receive healthcare through the Department of Veterans Affairs. This means they will no longer be able to use other federal health benefit programs or healthcare exchanges. The aim is for these individuals to receive healthcare under the same conditions as veterans.
