Easier Healthcare Access for Reservists and Families

This act eliminates individual healthcare charges for Selected Reserve members under TRICARE Reserve Select. It also modifies family coverage fees, introducing a uniform premium. Additionally, it provides no-premium dental plans for reservists and improves healthcare access for certain retired service members.
