Non-Discrimination Protection for DC Courts and Public Defender Employees.

This new act extends anti-discrimination protections to employees of the District of Columbia courts and the Public Defender Service. This means these employees will have the same workplace non-discrimination rights as other DC employees, enhancing their job security and ensuring fair treatment.
