Foreign Food Aid Reform: Mandating US Agricultural Products and Shipping.

This Act renames the program to the Peter O’Brien Food for Peace Program and reforms foreign aid rules. It prohibits the use of cash transfers, food vouchers, or food procured outside the US under this title. It mandates that at least 50% of program funds be used for the procurement of agricultural commodities and ocean transportation. It also shifts certain decision-making authorities from the Administrator to the Secretary.
