Increased Oversight of Ukraine Aid: Quarterly Reports and Audits
This Act mandates quarterly reporting and public disclosure of information regarding international assistance provided to Ukraine. The goal is to enhance transparency in spending and prevent waste, fraud, abuse, or corruption, which is crucial for citizens as it ensures public funds are used responsibly. Reports will detail oversight frameworks, known incidents of misuse, and recommendations for improving control.

Reports must include information on oversight gaps, known incidents of waste, fraud, abuse, diversion, or corruption, and a list of sole source contracts.
Requirement for each Inspector General's Office to deploy at least one staff member on the ground in Ukraine to assist with oversight.
The Act terminates on January 1, 2030, or upon certification that the war and post-war reconstruction efforts in Ukraine have ended, ensuring the oversight is temporary.
