End Congressional Recesses, Ban Lobbying, and Reform Member Pensions.

This bill aims to increase accountability for politicians. It introduces new rules for Congressional recesses, bans lobbying for former officials and Members of Congress for 5 years after leaving office, and changes their retirement rules. The goal is to ensure politicians focus on citizens' needs, not their own interests.
Key points
No more long Congressional recesses: Congress cannot take long breaks until a balanced federal budget is approved.
5-year lobbying ban: High-ranking government officials and former Members of Congress will be prohibited from lobbying the federal government for 5 years after leaving service.
Changes to Congressional retirement: New Members of Congress will no longer be covered by the federal retirement system, and current members can opt out of further benefit accrual.
