Memorial Headstones for Veterans' Families: New Support Rules

This bill makes it easier for families of veterans whose remains are unavailable to obtain memorial headstones for their spouses and dependent children. The changes allow for adding family members' details to existing veteran headstones or providing new, combined headstones. Citizens can also voluntarily contribute funds to expedite this process.
