This Act establishes a program and a trust fund, allocating $2 billion annually from 2024 through 2033, to help states modernize and secure the election process. Citizens will benefit from easier access to voting, including more polling places and early voting options, and new safeguards protecting the integrity of the vote and the safety of election workers. The funds are also intended to increase voting access for underserved communities and individuals with disabilities.
