Support for Victims' Families of Crimes by Unlawful Immigrants
This act expands financial support for families of homicide victims where the perpetrator is an unlawfully present alien or an international criminal organization member. It also establishes a new office to provide proactive services, information, and support to victims of crimes committed by unlawfully present aliens and their families.
