Expands the reasons why a foreign national may be denied a visa or entry into the U.S., specifically including espionage and illegal technology transfer.
Individuals seeking to enter the U.S. for unlawful activities or to overthrow the government will also be deemed inadmissible.
Spouses and children of individuals found inadmissible for these reasons may also be denied entry for 5 years.
The ability to obtain a special waiver for entry will be restricted for these specific security threats.
