Mandatory Free Robocall and Text Message Blocking Service for All Customers

This Act requires voice service providers to offer customers a robocall-blocking service at no additional charge. This means citizens will gain a free tool to combat annoying telemarketing and phone scams, directly improving their daily comfort and security. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is mandated to issue regulations within 180 days to implement this requirement.
