This act aims to prevent foreign students involved in antisemitic activities from obtaining or retaining a student visa in the U.S. This means individuals who publicly express hatred towards Jews or belong to antisemitic organizations may lose their right to study in the United States, impacting their educational opportunities and stay in the country.

Student visas (F or M) will be revoked for individuals who are or have been members of antisemitic organizations or have made public antisemitic statements.
The definition of antisemitism includes hatred toward Jews and its rhetorical and physical manifestations directed at individuals, their property, Jewish community institutions, and religious facilities.
Students who obtain a visa and subsequently engage in antisemitic activities will be considered to have violated their immigration status, and their visa will be void.
