Easier Caregiver Access to Medicare Information

This act aims to simplify access for family caregivers to health information of Medicare beneficiaries. Caregivers will be able to more easily manage the care of their loved ones by obtaining necessary data through the 1-800-MEDICARE hotline, reducing bureaucracy and stress. Educational efforts will also be implemented to protect beneficiaries from fraud.
