This Act aims to increase the chances of students facing financial difficulties, first-generation college students, caregivers, individuals with disabilities, formerly incarcerated individuals, and veterans to complete their studies. Through grants, colleges can offer additional support, such as counseling, emergency financial aid, and career preparation, making it easier for them to obtain an education and better employment.
