National Parent and Youth Helpline: Support for Families

This act aims to establish a national, toll-free telephone helpline, available 24/7, to provide emotional support and assistance to parents, caregivers, and youth. Citizens will gain easy access to resources and support groups, which is intended to help prevent child abuse, strengthen family bonds, and address challenges such as substance abuse and mental health issues.
