Protecting Minors from Cartels: Education Campaign and National Strategy

This Act establishes a national strategy and informational campaign aimed at protecting minors from recruitment by cartels and transnational criminal organizations. The efforts will focus specifically on middle grades and high school students in U.S. communities 100 miles or less from the U.S.-Mexico border. These programs are to be funded through the Department of Justice Assets Forfeiture Fund.
