Modernizing EPA Air Quality Data Systems.

This Act directs the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to implement GAO recommendations regarding the replacement of its legacy information technology systems, AQS and AirNow. The new system is intended to manage air quality data and address issues found in the current tools. The EPA must submit a report to Congress describing the operational analysis and business case for the replacement system within 120 days.
