USPS Commemorative Stamp to Fund Federal Pell Grants for Students.

This Act mandates the U.S. Postal Service to issue a special Prince Hall Commemorative Stamp, available for two years starting in 2025. The extra revenue generated from the sale of this stamp (above the standard postage rate) will be directly transferred to fund Federal Pell Grants. This provides citizens with a voluntary way to contribute to financial aid for low-income students pursuing higher education.
Key points
A special semipostal stamp will be issued and available for purchase for a two-year period starting January 1, 2025.
All proceeds from the stamp sales, beyond the standard postage cost, will be dedicated to funding Federal Pell Grants.
These funds will increase financial aid available to students without reducing the Department of Education's regular budget.
