Child Safety: Immediate Alerts on School Bus Driver License Changes.

This Act establishes a national Employer Notification Service (ENS) to automatically alert schools and transportation companies about changes to school bus drivers' commercial licenses, such as suspensions, revocations, or serious moving violations. The primary goal is to enhance student safety by ensuring that drivers with current driving issues are immediately identified and removed from transporting children. Drivers will simultaneously receive a copy of any report sent to their employer.
