New Immigration Restrictions for Residents of Palestinian-Administered Territories.
This bill immediately cancels the temporary protection (DED) previously granted to certain Palestinians and imposes strict new immigration limitations. Individuals who habitually resided in Palestinian-administered territories (Judea and Samaria or Gaza) or hold a Palestinian Authority passport are barred from seeking asylum, refugee status, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), or humanitarian parole. This legislation effectively makes these individuals inadmissible to the US and subject to deportation.
