Banning Foreign Officials Who Censor American Speech from Entering the U.S.

This bill uses immigration law to protect the free speech rights of Americans. It makes foreign government officials who censor or restrict the speech of U.S. citizens within the United States ineligible to enter the country. If such officials are already in the U.S., they can be deported. This measure aims to deter foreign interference with fundamental American rights.
Key points
Foreign government officials involved in censoring U.S. citizens' speech within the U.S. will be barred from entering the country (inadmissible).
Any foreign official currently in the U.S. found responsible for such censorship activities can be removed (deported).
The standard for censorship is based on what would violate the First Amendment if done by a U.S. government official.
