Extending Ban on Transferring Guantanamo Detainees to U.S. Soil Until 2024.

This law extends existing prohibitions related to the Guantanamo Bay detention facility for another year (until the end of 2024). Federal funds cannot be used to transfer detainees from GTMO to the United States. It also prevents the use of public money to build or modify facilities in the US to house them, and prohibits the closure of the Guantanamo base.
