Equal Benefits for Public Health Service Ready Reserve Members.

This law grants members of the Public Health Service Ready Reserve Corps (PHS RRC) the same benefits and rights enjoyed by military reservists. This includes access to educational programs (Post-9/11 Educational Assistance), TRICARE health coverage, and paid leave for service. The changes regarding educational benefits are retroactive to March 2020.
