Termination of FEMA's Shelter and Services Program

This bill terminates the Shelter and Services Program of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Beginning on the date of enactment, no federal funds are authorized to be appropriated for this program. Any unobligated balances previously allocated to the program will be transferred to the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act.
