Designating June as National Gun Violence Awareness Month

The Senate supports designating June 2nd as National Gun Violence Awareness Day and the entire month of June as National Gun Violence Awareness Month. Citizens are called upon to wear the color orange on Awareness Day as a tribute to victims.
