Federal Agencies Must Immediately Restore Pre-Pandemic Office Work Levels.
This law mandates that federal Executive agencies immediately revert to their telework policies and office staffing levels from before the pandemic. Agencies are prohibited from expanding remote work again until they prove to Congress that such expansion will substantially improve customer service, increase efficiency, and save taxpayer money. Citizens may see an improvement in government service access if remote work previously impacted customer service negatively.
