Green Card Path for Children Who Grew Up in the U.S. on Parent's Work Visas.

This law creates a direct path to permanent residency for thousands of young adults who legally grew up in the U.S. as dependents of long-term work visa holders. It prevents these individuals, often called "Documented Dreamers," from losing their legal status when they turn 21 due to immigration backlogs. The changes also allow these dependents to work legally and retain their status even if they marry.
