Ending Federal Mask Mandates and Banning Future Government Requirements.

This bill immediately voids all existing federal requirements to wear face masks, including those previously enforced on public transportation and at airports. Crucially, it permanently prohibits federal agencies, such as the CDC, from issuing any future mask mandates in response to COVID-19 or other public health emergencies. This change restores individual choice regarding mask use in federally regulated spaces.
Key points
Immediate termination of all existing federal mask mandates, including those for air travel and transportation hubs.
Permanent ban on federal agencies (like the CDC) issuing any new mask requirements related to COVID-19 or public health emergencies.
Federal funds cannot be used to develop, implement, or enforce any future federal mask rules.
