Easier Access to Standalone Dental Insurance on Federal Health Exchanges.

This bill makes it easier for citizens to purchase standalone dental insurance through the Federal Health Insurance Exchange. Individuals will no longer be required to enroll in a comprehensive health plan through the Exchange just to access dental coverage offered there. This change provides greater flexibility in securing dental benefits for those who may already have medical coverage elsewhere.
Key points
Allows enrollment in standalone dental plans on the Exchange without mandatory enrollment in a qualified health plan.
