Colleges Risk Federal Aid Loss for Supporting Campus Anti-Semitism.

This bill amends the Higher Education Act of 1965, imposing a new requirement on colleges. Institutions that authorize, fund, or support events promoting Anti-Semitism will be prohibited from participating in student loan and grant programs under title IV of the Act. Consequently, students at non-compliant schools risk losing access to these federal financial aid programs.
Key points
Colleges must not authorize, fund, or support any event promoting Anti-Semitism to maintain participation in title IV programs.
The definition of Anti-Semitism used is the working definition adopted by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA).
Institutions violating these rules are banned from participating in federal student loan and grant programs.
