Act Guaranteeing Reproductive Freedom and Access to Contraception Nationwide
This Act aims to guarantee Americans the freedom to make reproductive decisions without undue government interference, including ensuring access to contraception. It prevents states from banning contraception or imposing substantial obstacles on terminating a pregnancy before fetal viability. After viability, states may regulate abortion but must allow it if medically necessary to protect the life or health of the pregnant woman.
