Coast Guard Abortion Restrictions: No Funds or Travel for Services.

This bill stops the U.S. Coast Guard from using its funds or facilities to perform abortions. It also bans the use of federal money to cover travel costs for Coast Guard members or their dependents seeking abortion services. These restrictions do not apply in cases of rape, incest, or when the mother's life is in danger.
Key points
Coast Guard funds and medical facilities cannot be used to perform abortions, limiting access to these services within the military healthcare system.
Coast Guard personnel and their families will no longer receive financial assistance (travel, lodging) from the government to obtain abortion services outside of the exceptions (rape, incest, life endangerment).
