This Act strengthens the Bureau of Diplomatic Security, granting special agents new tools to combat transnational crime, cyberattacks, and human trafficking. Citizens may experience increased security at overseas missions and better protection against cyber threats targeting government systems. The Act also expands the rewards program for information leading to the identification of cybercriminals and sanction violators.
