This Act imposes sanctions on foreign persons, state agencies, and governments that knowingly support Hamas, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, or their affiliates. The Act also mandates reporting on Iran's activities and authorizes sanctions for cyberattacks and threats against US officials.
