Sanctions for Supporting Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad

This Act imposes sanctions on foreign persons, state agencies, and governments that knowingly support Hamas, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, or their affiliates. The goal is to cut off these organizations from international support networks.
