Reaffirming Land Rights and Reservation Status for Lytton Rancheria Tribe.

This act confirms that the Lytton Rancheria of California is subject to the Indian Reorganization Act. This allows the Secretary of the Interior to acquire land and place it into trust for the benefit of the Tribe. Any land acquired this way will automatically become part of the Lytton Rancheria reservation, governed by tribal and federal trust laws.
