Guaranteed Paid Vacation: Mandatory 80 Hours of Annual Leave for Employees

This bill mandates that employers provide paid annual vacation leave to nearly all employees nationwide. Workers will earn at least one hour of paid leave for every 25 hours worked, capped at 80 hours (two weeks) per year. This leave can be used for any reason, and employers are prohibited from requiring employees to find replacement coverage.
