FBI National Human Trafficking Database: Better Law Enforcement and Victim Support
This Act establishes a national human trafficking database within the FBI to enhance coordination between law enforcement and anti-trafficking organizations. By collecting detailed data, including risk assessment scores for individual counties, authorities can more effectively identify high-risk areas and allocate resources to combat this crime. Citizens will gain access to information about local victim support organizations, while ensuring the full confidentiality and safety of survivors.
