Mandatory GPS Tracking and Expedited Deportation for Non-Compliance with Release Orders
This law tightens rules for individuals released from custody while awaiting immigration decisions. It mandates continuous GPS monitoring and a curfew (10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.) for all such individuals. Crucially, failure to comply with release conditions will result in an immediate deportation order issued in the individual's absence.

A mandatory curfew is established: individuals must remain at their compliant home address between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
Failure to comply with any release condition (e.g., violating curfew or tampering with GPS) will result in an immediate removal order issued in absentia.
Release under the Alternatives to Detention program is restricted, only permitted when all available detention beds are filled and all reasonable efforts to detain the individual have been exhausted.
