Ending Bonus Repayment for Service Members Separated Over COVID-19 Vaccine Refusal.

This bill eliminates the requirement for former Armed Forces members, who were discharged for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine, to repay any received bonuses. Furthermore, any service member who already repaid a portion of their bonus will be reimbursed for that amount. This provides financial relief and terminates existing debt obligations for this specific group.
Key points
Former service members discharged for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine are no longer required to repay recruitment or retention bonuses.
Any money already repaid by these individuals must be reimbursed by the government.
