Eliminating Asset Limits for Key Federal Assistance Programs and Raising SSI Savings Caps

This Act removes asset and resource limits for certain federally funded assistance programs like SNAP, TANF, and LIHEAP. This allows low-income families to accumulate savings without jeopardizing their benefits. Furthermore, it increases and indexes the resource limits for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients.
